Find the posters. Scan the cards. Fill your album.
Posters are hidden all around the venue, and each one holds a card. Point your phone camera at it, watch the card flip open, and add it to your album. Find every card and you've finished the hunt.
Three steps, all weekend long
No app to download and nothing to print. If you have a phone and a Westie Hub account, you're playing.
Spot a poster — They're everywhere: by the bar, at the DJ booth, on the terrace. Each one shows a card number and a QR code.
Scan it — Open your camera and tap the link. The card rises, flips over and is yours with one tap.
Collect them all — Your album shows what you have and what's missing, with a hint for every card you haven't found yet.
Every scan is a little reveal
You don't just get a tick in a list. The card rises face down, flips over to show what you found, and flies straight into its numbered spot in your album.
New here? Sign up right after your first scan and the card waits for you.
Already have it? We tell you, and show you how many are still out there.
Too early? Scan before the hunt opens and you'll see exactly when it starts.
A sticker book for the whole weekend
Every card has its own numbered spot. Watch the gaps fill up and the ring count up as you explore the event, and tap any empty spot for a hint about where its poster is.
Stuck? Every missing card comes with a hint from the organizers.
Turn them over. Each card has a story on the back: the place, the people, a sponsor's deal.
Yours to keep. The album stays on Westie Hub long after the last social.
Find the last one and the badge drops
The moment your final card lands, the event's badge drops onto the screen with a burst of confetti. If the organizers set a prize, your phone tells you how to claim it.
A badge made for the event. Organizers can design their own, so every hunt has a different one.
Sometimes there's a prize. Show your finished album at the desk to collect it.
Share your album, wear your medals
Turn your album into an Instagram Story in one tap, with three designs to pick from. Badges from every hunt you finish can line up on your Westie Hub profile.
Three Story designs. The full album, a hand of cards, or a stamp, ready for Instagram.
Your call. Medals only show on your profile when you switch them on.
Questions dancers ask
Do I need to download an app?
No. Your phone's normal camera reads the QR code, and the card opens on Westie Hub in your browser.
Do I need an account?
A free Westie Hub account keeps your cards. If you don't have one yet, sign up right after your first scan and that card goes straight into your album.
Can I share a code with my friends?
Yes, go for it. The hunt is meant to be social, so hunting in a group is part of the fun.
What if I can't find a card?
Tap its empty spot in your album for a hint from the organizers about where the poster is.
What happens after the event?
No more cards can be collected once the hunt closes, but your album stays on Westie Hub, and so does your badge if you finished.
